•Prepare Financial Disclosures
•Attend Status Conferences
•Attend Mediation
•Negotiate Settlement
•Draft and file Separation Agreement
Low-Conflict Divorce: (no children)
•Available in dissolution cases where there are only minor disputes about property not expected to require a contested hearing.
•Additional fees are required for contested hearings.
•Assets under $1 million.

•Draft and file Petition

•Draft and file Parenting Plan
•Available in dissolution cases where there are only minor disputes about property not expected to require a contested hearing. Additional fees are required for contested hearings.
•Also available in Allocation of Parental Responsibilities cases where parents are in agreement on major parenting issues.
•Assets under $1 million.
Attend Mediation:
$2,000.00 Flat Fee
Included Services:
•1 hr of pre-mediation conferencing
•Prepare Mediation Statement
•Attend Mediation
•Available in dissolution and family cases.
•Additional fees required for any work beyond mediation, such as drafting settlement documents.
Draft Separation
Agreement:
$1,200 Flat Fee
Included Services:
•2 hours of communication
•Draft Separation Agreement dividing all assets and debts.
•Available in dissolution cases where parties have already reached agreement on division of all assets and debts and determined any spousal maintenance.
•You coordinate signing and filing with the opposing party.
Draft Parenting Plan:
$1,200 Flat Fee
Included Services:
•2 hours of communication
•Draft Parenting Plan providing parenting details
•Create child support worksheet.
•Available in pre-decree dissolution cases or allocation of parental responsibilities cases where parties have already reached agreement on all parenting issues.
•You coordinate signing and filing with the opposing party.
1-Hour Case Overview
$200 Flat Fee
Included Services:
•In-person or phone conference
•Overview of legal standards
•Overview of legal procedure
•Overview maintenance/alimony
•Overview of child support
•Question and answer time
•Available for those facing dissolution and/or child custody issues in domestic relations court.
*We do not give advice on dependency and neglect cases (cases brought involving the DHHS).
